This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "AMH Tours" refer to A M H Tourism(BR of AMH International Investment LLC), incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website.

You understand that any violations of this clause may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

You acknowledge that AMH Tours per-negotiates rates with suppliers to facilitate the purchase of products and services on your behalf. The rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the per-negotiated rates for the products and services that you purchase, and a fee retained by AMH Tours to compensate us for our services.

Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

You agree to inform AMH Tours of any circumstance or condition as a result of which you or any person on whose behalf you are making a reservation may require special facilities prior to your purchase. Any complaints regarding a supplier should be brought to the attention of the supplier immediately during the time of the service and the same should be communicated to us in writing within thirty days thereafter, failing which, AMH Tours will not entertain any such complaints.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months of your purchase. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered in writing to the service help address provided at the end of these terms or by email to letsconnect@amhtours.com, and must be received in both cases, on our working days at least 48 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided. Our offices are open ("working days") from 0900 to 1700 United Arab Emirates local time on each day from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays and holidays declared for private sector establishments in the United Arab Emirates.

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply. Additionally, you agree that:

Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any payments to be refunded after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase within 15 working days thereafter. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount.

All goods and services purchased on this website and their transaction receipts will be delivered in the form of a printable electronic ticket ("ticket") after the successful completion of your purchase. Your ticket will be made available for download for a limited period of time from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase and will be delivered as a permanent record to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase. A notification of your ticket and any changes to it may also be delivered to your mobile number, subject to service availability.

If you choose not to download your ticket from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must check that you have received the ticket for your purchase by e-mail and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.

We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to 24 hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.

We do not provide goods and services to countries, entities and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You further grant AMH Tours the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or AMH Tour's rights in the Submissions by a breach of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the AMH Tours.com website If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any Submissions.

You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions, (specifically including, but not limited to, reviews posted to this Website). You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website: (i) any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate rights of publicity and/or privacy or that would violate any law; (ii) any commercial material or content (including, but not limited to, solicitation of funds, advertising, or marketing of any good or services); and (iii) any material or content that infringes, misappropriates or violates any copyright, trademark, patent right or other proprietary right of any third party. You agree to the standard air travel rules for all full-service airline flights and to the conditions of carriage for all your flights, which are available upon request. You acknowledge that your flight tickets do not include amenities, baggage allowances, baggage fees, beverages, meals, or fees which must be paid directly at an airport, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your hotel vouchers do not include fees for facilities and services other than those explicitly included on your voucher which may be charged directly at the hotel.

You acknowledge that AMH Tours per-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the Website includes, but is not limited to, the per-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by AMH Tours and the facilitation fee retained by AMH Tours to compensate us for our services. You authorize AMH Tours to book reservations for the total reservation price displayed on the Website. You agree that your credit card will be charged by AMH Tours for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize AMH Tours to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.

You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with AMH Tours or its subsidiary, as appropriate, no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation. You must make refund requests for no-shows or early checkouts within 60 days after checkout.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.

Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. AMH Tours urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the government prior to booking travel to international destinations.

By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, AMH Tours does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

Unless AMH Tourism explicitly acts as a reseller in certain scenarios, AMH always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, transfer services, tourist attractions etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). AMH’s liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User. Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. AMH will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.

Unless explicitly committed by AMH as a part of any product or service:

By making a booking, User understands AMH merely provides a technology platform for booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not AMH. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.

You agree to defend and indemnify The AMH Tourism companies and its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
